IFFCO stands for Indian Farmer Fertiliser Cooperative Limited. A recruitment drive has been announced to hire candidates for the Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) post at IFFCO. • Exam question carries 1 mark. That means total marks = 150
• The duration of this test is approximately 1 hr. 

IFFCO AGT 2023 Selection Procedure

The selection process as mentioned above is quite simple. There are two written tests, prelims and main medical examination. 

Step 1 : Prelims- Written Exam

The first step for the selection of candidates in the prelims written exam. There are approximately 150 questions for 150 marks. This stage will test your knowledge of agriculture and your mental ability. Subjects include numerical ability, logical reasoning, analytical ability, etc.

Step 2 : Final Phase Written Exam

Candidates who clear the written exam get selected for the final stage of the IFFCO AGT exam. The syllabus for this stage is not yet released. The final selection of the candidates depends on this exam.

Step 3 : Interview

The next step is the Personal Interview round. The authorities conduct this round to have a final selection of candidates. There are certain interview questions that a candidate has to answer, such as:

Step 4 : Medical Examination

• Analytical Ability : Missing Characters, Sequential Output training, Test on Alphabets, Eligibility Test, Assertion and Reasoning, Series Completion, Verification of truth of the Statement, Situation Reaction Test, Direction Sense Test, Classification, Data Sufficiency, Operations of Mathematics, Word Sequence
