• BTech Dairy Technology is a 4 year undergraduate engineering degree course. This course equip students to learn all aspects of processing and manufacturing of dairy products. 

• This program involves training students in production, processing, and quality control of dairy-related products. It also focuses on new methods that are discovered to manufacture different milk by-products such as cheese, ice-creams, etc using scientific technology and engineering machinery and tools.
